Maroon 5 is gearing up for the release of their next album, Overexposed, and they just revealed the cover for their upcoming album. And lets just say its, well…interesting.
It really looks like a cartoon gone wrong and one big mess, but I’m sure they have a meaning behind it, right?
Frontman Adam Levine previously said:
“Overexposed is definitely one of our most diverse and poppiest albums yet. We had a great time recording it. I can’t wait for our fans to hear the record, as well as hitting the road to play it live for everyone later this year.”
Not only is Overexposed possibly their most poppiest album yet, but so is the cover! The album has production credits from Ryan Tedder, Benny Bianco, and Max Martin.
I think the perfect saying to describe this one would be “don’t judge a book by its cover.”
What do you think of the cover art???
