About three weeks ago, Britney Spears requested that her fiance Jason Trawick join her father in decision-making duties that involve her conservatorship. Now that request has been granted!
Jason Trawick received approval Wednesday from Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz to become a co-conservator over his fiance. Trawick joins Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, in that role and will have several decision-making aspects of her personal life, but not in managing her assets.
Spears did not attend court on Wednesday to hear the final decision. She has been under a court-ordered conservatorship since 2008, when her father stepped in to take control after she had been hospitalized twice and had a series of incidents involving erratic behavior. The attorney for Jamie Spears said he was thrilled to have Trawick involved.
