The Real Housewives franchise on Bravo has put these ladies in the perfect spot to go after their dreams. Bethenny Frankel has hit success with her SkinnyGirl line, there has been a stint of small TV appearances from Nene Leakes on Glee to Teresa Guidice on this season’s Celebrity Apprentice, and there’s also been books written by Guidice and LuAnn de Lesseps. But have these ladies recent fame made them realize a different life-long dream???
It seems that out of all the businesses they could use their fame to dabble in, a majority of them went with the music business. Yes, more people trying to use their fame as means to say they can sing.
The most popular of these Housewives’ songs is Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak. Her first song “Tardy for the Party” sold the most out of any other housewife. “Tardy for the Party” was actually written and produced by fellow housewife Kandi Burruss. Zolciak is back with a new single, “Love Me First.” While her first three singles were songs you could hear in a club, “Love Me First” shows the softer side of Kim. Maybe her new marriage and child had an effect on that one? All I have to say is it’s definitely not a Grammy-winning record. Take a listen to a snippet of “Love Me First” below!
